Return Policy

RETURNS

We are unable to refund or exchange the following products:

  • Underwear, once the packaging is unsealed, for health protection and hygiene reasons.
  • Bespoke and customized garments.
  • Gift certificates. 

    This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods under Consumer Rights Act 2015 or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Contract Regulation, further details of which are available from the local trading standard department or citizens advice bureau.

    • To complete your return, please email returns@freolic.co.uk listing your Name and Order Number.
    • Returned items must be unsealed and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Cancellation period is 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
    • You should return items within 14 days of cancellation.
    • Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice.
    • Items returned to us without prior notification will not be refunded.
    • Fréolic London does not take responsibility for the return shipment.
    • We advise choosing a courier or a post service that provides tracking.
    • Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify about the approval or rejection of the refund.
    • If it is approved, then the refund (minus shipping charges, if applicable) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
    EXCHANGES

    • For size exchanges, email us at returns@freolic.co.uk
    • The exchange is conducted at the customer’s expense.
    • Fréolic London does not take responsibility for the exchange shipment.
    • We advise choosing a courier or a post service that provides tracking.
    • Our policy lasts within 14 calendar days of delivery.
    • You should return items within 14 days of giving notice.
    • Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    FAULTY

    • If you believe your goods are faulty, we will inspect them and then contact you by email or phone to discuss an appropriate resolution.
    • Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All our orders are quality controlled and checked before being dispatched. 
    • For items damaged in transit, we will only accept responsibility if informed within 24hrs of delivery. 
    • We reserve the right to return faulty goods to manufacturers for examination.
    • If we are unable to fix the issue, we replace the item with the new one.
    • Replacement items will not be gift boxed (if applicable).
    • This policy may be changed from time to time at our discretion.
