RETURN POLICY

RETURNS
Our policy lasts within 14 calendar days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by and we didn't receive any evidence of return intentions (i.e. email), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please email returns@freolic.co.uk listing your Name, Order Number, and the Item you would like to return and specifying the reason you are returning the product. Shipment costs to send back goods are at the customer’s charge. You can choose the courier you prefer, we advise choosing a courier or a post service that provides a tracking number and receipt of the shipment for security. Fréolic London does not take responsibility for your return shipment. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Please note that all final sale items cannot be returned.      
                                                       
EXCHANCHES
We replace items if they are defective or if you require a different size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@freolic.co.uk 
  • If you believe your goods are faulty, we will inspect them and then contact you by email or phone to discuss an appropriate resolution.
  • Replacement items will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain the box from your original order.
  • We reserve the right to return faulty goods to manufacturers for examination before a refund is given. We do not offer refunds.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For items damaged in transit, Fréolic London will only accept responsibility if informed within 24hrs of delivery. Please check all items carefully and inform us immediately if there are any problems.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@freolic.co.uk.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
